attempts to ship your order within 24hrs of being placed unless the
product is on back order or special order status. Orders placed on
weekends or holidays are shipped the following business day. Standard
U.S. orders are shipped UPS or FedEx Ground. Express 1-2 Business
Day and 2-3 Business Day Delivery is available on most items.
International Customers: We do ship our products
internationally. Pricing depends on weight and destination. Please

FREE LOCAL WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
SERVICE including the setup of the chair, chair instruction
and removal of the packaging materials is FREE for NEW Chairs (as
listed above) to most addresses in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside
and San Diego Counties. Please call for your specific area. Outside
of our local delivery area, select NEW chairs include Basic Curbside
Freight Ground shipping only. White Glove Delivery Service to other
areas outside of our local delivery area is $175 for Select New
chairs that include free standard shipping.
Factory Refurbished Massage Chairs
and Perfect Chairs do not include shipping or California Sales
Tax (California orders Only). White Glove Delivery Service for a
Factory Refurbished Chair to most addresses in San Diego County
is $75. White Glove Delivery Service for a Factory Refurbished Chair
to most addresses in Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside Counties
is $125. White Glove Delivery Service for a Factory Refurbished
Chair outside of our local delivery area is $275.
Curbside Freight Ground shipping on Factory Refurbished
Chairs is $165. (Basic Service Only - The chair can not be brought
in the home or setup)
MATTRESS SHIPPING OPTIONS:
When ordering one of our 8" Memory Foam Mattresses
you have the option of having it shipped as one complete bonded piece
via a freight company or shipped separately (3" pad and 5" Base) via
FedEx or UPS GROUND. FedEx and UPS will not ship a mattress as one
complete piece due to its size. Once you receive a mattress via FedEx
or UPS GROUND it can be put together in the zippered terry cloth cover
to make one piece. If you want to have a complete bonded mattress
and do not want to have to put it together, make sure you specify
that you want to have your mattress shipped freight ground for a little
extra. Delivery and Setup for a one piece mattress to most LA, Orange,
Riverside and San Diego addresses is only $95.
Fed Ex/UPS GROUND Mattress Pad shipping costs:
$40 - $85
Fed Ex/UPS GROUND shipping for a mattress is
between $85-$99.
FREIGHT SHIPPING (1 piece) for a 8" mattress
is between $125-$195.
$125 delivery and setup to most Los Angeles,
Orange, Riverside and San Diego Addresses.
Please specify the shipping method you prefer
in the special instructions during check-out.
