HUMAN TOUCH / INTERACTIVE HEALTH CONSUMER PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION

New Human Touch / Interactive Health Massage Chairs have a three year structural warranty (except iJoy®). New HTT™ and HT™ massage chairs come with a manufacturer's one-year limited warranty against mechanical defects (cosmetics are not covered). Parts are covered for one year from the original date of purchase. Factory Service and Shipping are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase. New iJoy® Robotic Massage Chairs are covered by a one-year structural, one-year parts, and 90-day Factory Service warranty. The manufacturer's warranties are not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer. The chair (or parts) may need to be returned to the manufacturer for service by technicians. Chairs are packed for shipping and require minor assembly (White Glove delivery, setup and box removal is available on all chairs for an additional fee). Warranty is not valid for chairs shipped out of the United States and Canada.
Open Box Factory Refurbished Human Touch / Interactive Health Massage Chairs include a manufacturer's 6-month Limited Warranty against mechanical defects (cosmetics are not covered). Parts are covered for six months from the original date of purchase. Factory Service (Labor) and Shipping are covered for 60 days from the date of purchase (except iJoy® which is covered for 30 days). The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer. The chair (or parts) may need to be returned to the manufacturer for service by technicians. Chairs are packed for shipping and require minor assembly (White Glove delivery, setup and box removal is available on all chairs for an additional fee). Extended warranties and not available on Factory Refurbished Chairs. Warranty is not valid for chairs shipped out of the United States and Canada. Our factory-reconditioned products have undergone an extensive testing and evaluation process by the factory technicians (not a reseller). All massage mechanism components have been replaced with factory-fresh parts as necessary. Upholstery is factory-fresh. Where necessary, scratched parts have been replaced with factory-fresh parts, but some minor blemishes are unavoidable.
New Human Touch / Interactive Health Perfect Zero Gravity Chairs include a manufacturer's 3 year Limited Warranty against mechanical defects (cosmetics are not covered). Parts are covered for three years from the original date of purchase. Factory Service and Shipping are covered for 90 days from the original date of purchase.
Factory Refurbished Perfect Chairs include a manufacturer's 6-month Limited Warranty against mechanical defects (cosmetics are not covered). Parts are covered for six months from the original date of purchase. Factory Service (Labor) and Shipping are covered for 60 days from the date of purchase (except iJoy® which is covered for 30 days).
Warranties are nontransferable and shall be in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for particular use. Interactive Health's sole liability and the purchaser's exclusive remedy shall be for the repair, or at Interactive Health's option, for the replacement of the defective part. Not withstanding the above, if replacements parts for defective materials are not available, Interactive Health reserves the right to make substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement.
Warranties do not apply to rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other nonresidential users. Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for all warranty repairs or service.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Canadian In-Home Service is only available in major metropolitan areas. Human Touch / Interactive Health and Vitalityweb are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees associated with the import or export of products covered under this warranty program. Warranty is not valid for chairs shipped out of the United States and Canada. Factory Refurbished chairs are shipped under the following code: "CODE SH: 9401.61.90.00 Chair, leather covering, completely refurbished in the United States". Since the chairs are completely Refurbished in the US, this MAY help to decrease or eliminate import tax to Canada.

Human Touch / Interactive Health Warranty Information:
In the rare instance that something goes wrong with a HTT or a Get-a-Way chair, an extended warranty will provide you with the piece of mind that your purchase will be covered by Interactive Health after the standard warranty expires. An extended warranty will also provide you with access to Interactive Health's extended service hotline, ensuring that repairs are performed using approved methods and materials by authorize personnel. Extended warranties are not available on refurbished products.
For as little as $7 per month you can protect your investment.

WHAT IS FACTORY REFURBISHED??

About Human Touch / Interactive Health Factory-Reconditioned Products: Chairs are classified as refurbished for many reasons and we do not know why each one has been classified as such. Be rest assured that these are NOT worn out, tired, abused or destroyed chairs. We take great pride in offering factory-reconditioned products that are as close to "new" as the factory can make them. Our factory-reconditioned products have undergone an extensive testing and evaluation process by the factory (not a reseller). All massage mechanism components have been replaced with factory-fresh parts. Upholstery is factory-fresh. Where necessary, scratched parts have been replaced with factory-fresh parts, but some minor blemishes are unavoidable.

Interactive Health® products are backed by limited warranties against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty begins on the original purchase date and may consist of:

Field Service (In-Home): Interactive Health will supply parts and schedule service with a third-party service provider to repair the chair at the purchaser's location.
Factory Service (Labor): Interactive Health will supply packing materials, cover return shipping to Interactive Health, repair parts covered by this warranty and labor for repair work and return shipping to purchaser when repairs are completed.
Parts Only (Parts): Interactive Health will supply new or rebuilt, at Interactive Health's option, repair or replacement parts in exchange for defective parts that are covered by this warranty and provide return shipping to purchaser for repairs performed at the factory. It is the consumer's responsibility to return the defective unit to Interactive Health in the original packaging or in approved packaging that is available for sale from Interactive Health. Any repair or replacement parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original manufacturer's warranty period or ninety (90) days from installation by an authorized repair technician, whichever is longer. Replacement parts or units are the property of the consumer; the replaced parts or units become the property of Interactive Health.
Structural (Metal Frame): Interactive Health will supply packing materials and repair parts covered by this warranty and return shipping to purchaser for repairs performed at the factory. The consumer is responsible for returning the defective unit to Interactive Health in the packing materials provided.

CONSUMER WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:

Warranties are only valid within the United States and Canada provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it. The warranty only applies to the product and does note include any accessories or enhancements.
Field Service is only available in the United States and major metropolitan areas in Canada. Field Service requires pre-approval and must be performed by Interactive Health authorized field service personnel to maintain warranty coverage.
Softening of foams and filling composites in pillows, pads, and memory foam kits do not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally soften with use.
Fading, wear and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those conditions naturally occur with fabrics.
Natural markings, grain, and dye variations in leather does not constitute a defect under this warranty as no two pieces of leather are alike.
OEM products are completely self-contained and must be returned to Interactive Health for service. The warranty covers only the massage assembly, cord and controller against mechanical defects.
Shipping and freight coverage under this warranty requires scheduling by Interactive Health and only includes "curb-side" pickup/delivery. It does not include any duties, taxes, brokerage, or other import/export fees. "In-Home" pickup/delivery is available at an extra charge.
For returns, the consumer is responsible for packing the product in the original box or in approved packaging that is available for sale from Interactive Health. Products received without a valid RMA number or one clearly marked on the box will be refused.
Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from: improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of electrical/power supply, loss of power; dropped product, a malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer's recommended maintenance; transportation damage; theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions); loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
Under no circumstance shall Interactive Health or its representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages for lost profits, business interruption, bodily injury, medical, and the like), even if any party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
