Refurbished Perfect Chairs include a Manufacturer's 6 Month Limited warranty.
Parts are covers for 6 months from the original date of purchase. Parts and
Labor are covered for 60 days from the date of purchase. Extended Warranties
can be purchased to extend the parts and in home labor service portion of
the warranty to a total of 2 or 5 years. The warranty is not valid if the
product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control
of the manufacturer. The chair (or parts) will need to be returned to the
manufacturer for service by technicians. Chairs are packed for shipping and
require assembly.
New Perfect chairs include a Manufacturer's
3 year limited warranty. Parts and Structure are covered for three years from
the original date of purchase. Parts and Labor are covered for 90 days from
the date of purchase. Extended Warranties can be purchased to extend the parts
and in home labor service portion of the warranty to a total of 2 or 5 years.
